"Look past the surface. Gators get the fame, but the stranger things live deeper." — Rockstar's official description
Grassrivers is GTA 6's vast wetland region — cypress stands, sawgrass, airboat channels, and swamp hideouts stretching for miles. It's Rockstar's version of the Everglades, and on paper it's the most unusual biome the series has ever attempted: not a city, not a desert, not mountains, but a living swamp.
The official description leads with the gators and immediately looks past them: the stranger things live deeper. In a state whose official region copy mentions mystics, preppers, and paranoids, Grassrivers is where Leonida keeps its secrets.
A swamp region at this scale is new ground for GTA. Between airboats on the water and hideouts in the trees, Grassrivers is the confirmed region most unlike anything in GTA 5's Los Santos.
