Rockstar's official tagline says it all — industry and old-school values on the surface, shortcuts underneath, whatever the cost. Official materials tie biker culture to the region: small-town Americana with an outlaw streak running through it.

The refinery and the bikers

Rockstar's description of Ambrosia is blunt: "American industry and old-school values still reign supreme — whatever the cost." The Allied Crystal sugar refinery provides the legitimate jobs, while the local biker gang — the Final Chapter — provides almost everything else. It's the economic and criminal engine of Leonida's industrial heartland.
