Leonida feels like a real place because Rockstar has already named real businesses inside it. Every location here comes from an official trailer, character bio, or Rockstar's own website — not from leaks.

The music industry

Only Raw Records is the record label at the heart of GTA 6's music storyline, run by the aspiring mogul Dre'Quan Priest in partnership with Vice City legend Boobie Ike. Their problem, in Rockstar's own framing, is simple: they have the label, they have the talent in the rap duo Real Dimez (Bae-Luxe and Roxy) — now they just need a hit. Dre'Quan's day job before the label took off was booking acts at the Jack of Hearts.

The Jack of Hearts

The Jack of Hearts is a strip club in Vice City, part of Boobie Ike's business empire. Rockstar describes Boobie as one of the few to turn his time in the streets into a legitimate empire — spanning real estate, this strip club, and a recording studio. It's one of the clearest looks at how Vice City's nightlife and music scenes tie together.

Brian's Boat Works & Marina

In the Leonida Keys, Brian's Boat Works & Marina is the boat yard owned by veteran smuggler Brian Heder — the "very legitimate" business that fronts his real trade. It's where Jason Duval washes up and starts working at the story's beginning, and Brian runs it alongside his third wife, Lori Heder.

The Allied Crystal sugar refinery

In Ambrosia, at the heart of the state, Rockstar's website says "American industry and old-school values still reign supreme — whatever the cost." The Allied Crystal sugar refinery provides the jobs, while the local biker gang — the Final Chapter — provides almost everything else. It's the economic anchor of Leonida's industrial heartland.

Customization & lifestyle spots

Rockstar's official screenshots and trailers have shown several named everyday businesses that point to deep customization: a mod shop, a clothing store, and a salon among them, alongside the five exclusive stores confirmed for the Ultimate Edition (a lowrider mod shop, an off-road mod shop, a hair salon, a clothing store, and a 50-design tattoo parlor). Together they signal that vehicles, fashion, and personal style are all part of building your life in Leonida.

The Rusty Anchor

The Rusty Anchor is a bar seen in Trailer 2 — the spot where Cal Hampton, Jason's paranoid friend and associate of Brian Heder, turns up. Small detail, but it's the kind of named, lived-in location that makes Leonida feel populated rather than staged.

Why only these

Leaked material lists dozens more businesses and interiors. We don't include those — this page stays limited to places Rockstar has actually named or clearly shown in official trailers, bios, and website material. When the game launches, this becomes a real directory of Leonida's economy.
