Lucia Caminos was born in Liberty City and served time in a Leonida penitentiary — for, in her words, fighting for her family. She's described as fresh out of prison and ready to stack the odds in her favor. Jason Duval grew up around grifters and crooks and joined the Army to shake off a troubled adolescence — making him the first confirmed military-background protagonist in series history. He washed up in the Leonida Keys working for veteran smuggler Brian Heder.
